Refreshing Your Device Connection
If your device stops communicating with our app, the first thing we may ask you to try is to disconnect and reconnect your device. Here are the steps for completing this:
- In our app, go to the Dashboard or Me tab (bottom of the screen).
- Scroll down until you see Manage Connected Fitness Trackers and select that button.
- Tap the link for your device.
- Click the three vertical dots ( ⋮ ) to the right of the Sync Now link.
- Select Disconnect from the drop-down menu.
- Select Confirm.
- Reconnect your device according to the instructions specific to your device. If you need help with this step, start here.
