Changing Administrators for Your Event or Organization
If for any reason, you need to change the administrator of your event or organization, please reach out to our support team and they will handle the request. For your protection, we can only accept requests of this nature from the email account currently assigned as the administrator account.
If, for any reason, the current administrator of record is unable to make this request from their email account, we reserve the right to ask for evidence that the requesting party is authorized to approve the change.
