Add a co-admin to an event or organization

With the Pro and Enterprise plans, you can add co-admins to your event and/or organization. This allows multiple persons to have access to the back-end.

The Enterprise plan takes this one step further with fine-grained access control. This allows you to give specific roles to users to ensure they only have access to the resources they need and nothing more.


Invite a co-admin

You can add a co-admin by following these steps.

  1. The co-admin must have an account on our platform. If they don't (yet) have an account, they can create one using the Register option from the Account-menu.
  2. The user can find their Profile ID in the welcome email and also on the Edit Profile screen.
  3. Once you have the Profile ID of the user, you can add them as a co-admin on the Permissions screen in the Event Manager details screen of your event or organization.

You can copy and paste these instructions to invite someone as a co-admin to your event or organization.
