Add a co-admin to an event or organization
With the Pro and Enterprise plans, you can add co-admins to your event and/or organization. This allows multiple persons to have access to the back-end.
The Enterprise plan takes this one step further with fine-grained access control. This allows you to give specific roles to users to ensure they only have access to the resources they need and nothing more.
Add a co-admin
You can add a co-admin by following these steps.
- The co-admin must have an account on our platform. If they don't (yet) have an account, they should first create one using the Register option from the Account-menu.
- The user can find their Profile ID in the welcome email and also on the Edit Profile screen.
- Once you have the Profile ID of the user, you can add them as a co-admin on the Permissions screen in the Event Manager details screen of your event or organization.
Invite a co-admins
You can invite an existing user to become a co-admin by selecting the INVITE option that is accessible in the Co-admins group of the Administrator's dashboard. The user must already have an account with on our app. When you select this option you will be prompted to enter the user's email address. If you have the ENTERPRISE plan, you can also fine tune the co-admin access. Options include:
- Full access - access to all administrative functions. (This is the only option for PRO plan)
- User Data Manager - Read and write access to registration data and user (fitness) data.
- Content Manager - Read and write access to email templates and the central feed.
- Configuration Manager - Read and write configuration and setting for this event and leaderboards.
- Reporting - Read and export Excel reports.
