Add a Badge along the Course

When your leaderboard has a virtual course connected with it, it is possible to easily add markers along this course. This comes in very handy when you want to add certain markers/milestones along the route at well known points of interest. Typically you know where to add the badge, but not exactly how many miles that would be from the start. This is where the "Add Along Course" option really shines!

In order to use this option you must first upload a course map. Please make sure that the course map is correct as any change later on might cause the placed badges to move along the course whenever you update this later on!

Once the course map is finalized and approved you can start adding the badges along the course. 

1. Open the Badges screen for the leaderboard

2. Click the Add Along Course button (this button only shows when you have previously uploaded a course to the leaderboard)

   

3. Now drag the marker along the course. It will automatically "snap" to the course so it doesn't need to be very exact. You may want to zoom in to select the location on the map.

   

   
   
4. Click the Add Badge button to create a badge at the given position. You'd need to enter the name. The badge is preconfigured to show at the configured location and also show up on the course map.
5. Once the badge settings are okay, hit Save to save this new badge.
