Finisher Certificates

Finisher certificates are a great way to congratulate participants on their challenge result. It's a great opportunity to include sponsors on content which can easily be shared by participants to their friends and family.

When a certificate is prepared it will be send as email to every finisher and will also be available to share and download from the results pages.

• Each race can have their own certificate
• Fully customizable design (fonts, colors, (sponsor) logos and data fields
• Enable/disable automatic email with a certificate upon completion of a challenge
• Customize the email content

Workflow

Before Finisher Certificates can be used, they must be designed and configured first. Please reach out to us through the contact form to start this process. This should be done before the event starts so that the certificates are ready when the first participant finishes.

Once the design is ready and approved, certificates can be generated using the following process.

1. A participant completes the race goal
2. A certificate will be generated
3. Within a few minutes the participant receives an email with their certificate
4. The email contains a Share Certificate button which allows the participant to quickly share the certificate with friends and family
5. The email contains an attachment which can be printed when the participant chooses to keep it as a memory to the event
6. The result page shows the certificate for others to see and share
