How to Force a Sync
We automatically sync your device in the background. Sometimes this might take a bit more time than you want to wait for results to sync. You can always force a sync to do an immediate data-sync and also to back-load past data in case some activity has been missed for some reason.
Note that if you force a sync and see the update in your Me tab but not in your challenge leaderboards, you can refresh your display by doing a hard-swipe down on your phone display.
Steps to Sync
- Open the Me or Dashboard tab.
- Scroll down until you see Manage Connected Fitness Trackers and select the Manage Connected Fitness Trackers option.
- Select your device.
- Select Sync Now.
To sync for a specific period, select the vertical ellipsis (⋮) to the right of the Sync Now option and select from the available time periods to sync (e.g., Sync last month).
