Step-by-Step Guide to Launching a MoveZenGo Assessment

Everything you need to know to run a smooth, engaging 28-day MoveZenGo Assessment to gain insights on your organization’s overall wellness.

Ready to boost your team's well-being  without it becoming another item on your already-too-long to-do list? The MoveZenGo Assessment is a plug-and-play, 28-day experience designed to give you a clear insight into how your team moves. Throughout the Assessment, you’ll get weekly updates on how your team is participating and improving. When it’s all said and done, you’ll receive a final report that provides you with insight into the current state of your organization’s overall wellness.

This guide walks you through exactly how to launch your assessment, invite your team, and make the most of the results.

No complex setup. No guesswork. Just a streamlined experience that gets your team moving, one step at a time!

1. Launch Your 28-Day Assessment

MoveZenGo’s Assessment is a ready-to-go, 28-day experience designed to give you a snapshot of your team’s activity and engagement levels. No setup or rule customization required.

Here’s what you need to know:

  • Duration: 28 days (fixed)
  • Scoring: All tracked activities and daily steps are converted into a unified points system
  • Tracking options
  • Participants can log activity manually
  • Or sync with a fitness tracker (e.g., Apple Health, Fitbit, Google Health, etc.)
  • Insights: Points reflect overall effort and consistency

🛈 Why standardized? This consistent format ensures meaningful, comparable insights for every team.

2. Customize Your App Appearance

While the structure of the assessment is fixed, you can customize the look and feel of the experience to better reflect your organization’s brand.

Customization options include:

  • Logo – Upload your organization’s logo
  • Header Banner – Use your own image or branded visual
  • Brand Color – Adjust brand color so buttons and background match your style

🛈 These changes apply to the assessment interface your team will use via web or mobile.

3. Invite Your Team

Getting participants to join is simple. You won’t need email lists or complicated integrations—just share a link or QR code.

Two simple invite methods:

  • Shareable Link – Copy and paste into an email, Slack, or Teams message
  • QR Code – Download and print or share digitally on promotional materials

When participants scan or click, they’ll be prompted to download the app, login or create an account, and join the event.

Need help crafting the invite?

Use our pre-written email templates available in the Communication Hub. All you have to do is copy, personalize, and send! Our templates are designed to get your team excited and engaged from day one.

You’ll also find a quick how-to-join video and easy visual guides in the Communication Hub to help you and your team get set up.

🛈 Tip: Encourage team members to join early so they can get set up, explore the app, and stay connected with updates from day one.

4. During the Assessment

Once your team is in, the 28-day challenge runs on autopilot—no ongoing admin work required. As an organizer, you’ll still have visibility into your team’s participation and progress.

What You Can Track in Real Time:

  • Participation – How many team members are logging activity
  • Average Points – Calculated from activity conversions
  • Live League View – Monitor how participants are distributed across leagues (e.g., Go, Bronze, Silver, Gold)

What’s in the Weekly Reports:

Each week, you’ll receive a summary report that includes:

  • Participation Score – percentage of users who have logged activity
  • Social Score – percentage of users who have engaged in social features (e.g. Event Feed, adding friends, etc.)
  • Engagement Score – cumulative percentage of Participation and Social Scores
  • MoveZenGo Score – percentage of users who move more or already in Gold tier
  • Significant Improver Score – percentage of users who have moved to higher tier

🛈 Engagement idea: Post reminders or celebratory messages in the Event Feed to keep energy high and participants motivated throughout the challenge!

5. Post-Assessment: Review Results and Take Action

At the end of the 28-day assessment, you’ll receive a detailed final report packed with insights you can use to guide your next wellness initiatives.

Your report includes:

  • Total and average points per participant
  • Activity insights – See what types of movement contributed most
  • Engagement trends – Track participation highs and lows
  • Score interpretation – Understand what the results say about your team’s wellbeing and readiness

What to do next:

  • Book a 1:1 coaching session – Eligible customers can meet with a MoveZenGo Certified Coach to:
  • Review your organization’s overall results
  • Understand more about where your team can be motivated for improvement
  • Create a plan using the insights from the Assessment to plan future challenges
  • Use your insights – Turn the data into action by planning a follow-up challenge or launching a broader wellness program

🛈 This isn’t just a check-in—it’s the start of a more energized, engaged workplace.
