What is the MoveZenGo Assessment?

The MoveZenGo Assessment is a fun, four-week wellness challenge that encourages you to move more and feel better. You’ll earn points for all kinds of activities—like walking, workouts, or even mindfulness—and see how your movement stacks up in a league system.

How do I log activity?

Logging activity is easy. If you have a fitness tracker, simply sync your device with our app and data will automatically be synced. If you don’t have a fitness tracker, you can track your activity directly in the mobile app. For more information, check out this article.

What fitness trackers are supported? How do I connect my fitness tracker?

Do I need to have a fitness tracker?

If you don’t have a fitness tracker, don’t worry. To make the Assessment accessible to all participants, we’ve made it possible to manually input data into our mobile or web app. For more information, check out: https://corporatefitness.helpscoutdocs.com/article/39-how-can-i-manually-enter-a-new-activity

What if there is a problem with my tracker?

Once a fitness tracker is connected to your account, your data will automatically sync in the background. This is not always immediate.

How do I earn points?

You’ll earn points for different types of movement, including:

  • Steps from daily walking
  • Workouts, like strength training or cardio
  • Mindfulness activities, such as yoga or meditation

Every action adds up and helps boost your total score each week!

What are the leagues and how do they work?

Throughout the challenge, you'll be placed into one of four leagues based on your points:

  • Go League – Just getting started
  • Bronze League – Making steady progress
  • Silver League – Consistently active
  • Gold League – Top tier movement and engagement

This makes it easy to see where you are—and what you can aim for next!

What’s the goal of the challenge?

The goal is simple: help you feel more energized, build healthy habits, and have a little fun along the way. It’s not about perfection—it’s about participation. Just a little movement each day can go a long way!

Do I need to be super fit to join?

Not at all! The Assessment is designed for everyone, no matter your fitness level. Every bit of movement counts, and there’s no pressure to compete—just encouragement to keep going. If you have physical limitations, like low mobility or you are a wheelchair user, you can still fully engage with the Assessment. Our app supports a wide range of activities, including parasports and wheelchair-based exercises, to ensure inclusivity for all participants.

What tools or support do I get?

During the MoveZenGo Assessment, we provide you with:

  • Access to Les Mills On-Demand workouts (from yoga and stretching to high-energy classes)
  • A personal dashboard to track your progress and streaks
  • Clear goals with league rankings to keep you motivated
  • Weekly updates to see how you’re doing (coming soon)

Everything is designed to be easy and encouraging. Should you find that you need extra support, get in contact with your admin team.

How will my data be used?

We value your privacy and are committed to protecting your information. Only your name and email address will be shared with your employer when you sign up for the MoveZenGo Assessment.

As the Assessment provides your employer with insights on the organization’s overall wellbeing, your activity data is included in weekly reporting. This data is available to event and organization admins, aggregated by week only. Your personal activity details will only be visible to you.

You’re always in control of your data and can delete your profile and activity history at any time.

Can I see how I’m doing compared to others?

Yes, but only in a fun, friendly way! You’ll see where you stand in the league system and track your progress throughout the challenge.

What if I miss a day or week? What if I join late?

No problem! The challenge is about building habits—not being perfect. You can jump back in anytime and still earn points. Streaks and league goals are designed to motivate, not penalize.

What happens after the challenge ends?

After four weeks, the challenge wraps up with a final summary and league results. Depending on your company, there may be recognition, next steps, or even another challenge to keep the momentum going!
