Assessments FAQ for admins
What is the MoveZenGo Assessment?
The MoveZenGo Assessment is a standardized, 4-week company-wide movement challenge designed to boost activity, assess employee wellbeing, and collect benchmarked wellness data. It includes built-in gamification, inclusive movement tracking, and professional support to help organizations take action on what they learn.
How long does it take to set up a MoveZenGo Assessment?
You can set-up and launch a MoveZenGo Assessment within minutes. Since the Assessment has a standardized set of rules, all you need to do is input your organization’s information (including number or participants) and you’re ready to go.
Is there a minimum number of participants?
No. The MoveZenGo Assessment is available to organizations of all sizes, from 10 to 10,000.
How is this different from a regular step challenge?
Unlike a configurable step challenge, the MoveZenGo Assessment is standardized and analytics driven. It goes beyond step counts to track all forms of movement and mindfulness, converting activity into points and generating benchmarked reports. It’s designed to provide real, actionable insights into employee wellbeing—not just count steps. The Assessment does not allow for customization as it is meant to provide a standardized baseline.
How does gamification work in the Assessment?
Participants earn points for various types of activity—walking, workouts, mindfulness, and more—and are placed into league rankings: Go, Bronze, Silver, and Gold. These tiers offer a fun, competitive way to track progress and compare activity levels to industry benchmarks.
What are the league levels and how are they calculated?
Participants are placed into one of four leagues based on their average daily points:
- Go League: <3,000 points
- Bronze League: 3,000-6,000 points
- Silver League: 6,000-10,000 points
- Gold League: >10,000 points
This structure gives participants a motivating visual of their current habits and a clear goal to move up. Meanwhile, it gives organizations who manage employee well-being and engagement a means to assess the overall health of the team and the effectiveness of organization-wide wellness initiatives.
What do participants get out of the Assessment?
Participants gain:
- A fun, gamified way to track movement
- Daily motivation through streaks and rankings
- Access to Les Mills On-Demand workout content (yoga, low-impact, HIIT, meditation, and more)
- Visibility into their own activity patterns with real-time feedback
- A sense of progress and team spirit
How do participants access the MoveZenGo Assessment?
Participants can access the MoveZenGo on their mobile device with our iOS app (available on the App Store) or Android app (available on the Google Play Store).
If your organization or participants don’t want to connect with the mobile app, we also have a web version that participants can access on our website from any web browser.
What about participants who have physical limitations?
Our goal with the MoveZenGo Assessment, like with all of our challenges, is to ensure it’s accessible to everyone. Participants with physical limitations, including wheelchair users or those who rely on other mobility aids, can fully engage by tracking their activity as well. Our app supports a wide range of activities, including parasports and wheelchair-based exercises, to ensure inclusivity for all participants.
