Changing the Number of Users To Your Subscription If Your Organization Is On The Unlimited Plan

You always have the option to increase your user licenses when on the subscription plan. There are two ways to do this depending on how long you want your additional licenses to be active. The two methods are:

  • Adding them to or removing them from your subscription so that they have all the privileges of your existing users and remain active at least through the anniversary of your subscription's renewal.
  • Adding them so they can participate in a one-time event.

Changing the Number of Users for Your Subscription

To add more users to your existing subscription:

  1. In the admin tool, navigate to the License area.
  2. You will see an option to MANAGE SUBSCRIPTION. Select the MANAGE SUBSCRIPTION option.
  3. Select the option to ADD/REMOVE USERS.
  4. You will see a pop-up that explains the timing and other information about what happens when you add or remove users. Enter the new number of users in the New number of user seats field.
  5. Select UPGRADE SUBSCRIPTIONS. In case you are adding users to your subscription your card will be charged automatically (see below for details).

If you add more users, you will receive a new invoice for the remainder of the subscription period reflecting the additional users. If you add more user seats in the second half of a month, you will be charged half the price for the current month. Subsequent months will be billed in full.

If you decrease the number of users, the change will go into effect on the next contract renewal (your anniversary date). Invoices issued between the date you make the reduction and your contract anniversary date will be based on your previous user count. You can keep using those user seats until this change goes into effect at the next contract renewal.

Please note you can always re-assign user licenses to other users without having to add or remove user licenses. This is accomplished by removing a user from your organization and inviting the new user to take the newly-opened space.

Adding Users So They Can Participate in a One-Time Event

If you are hosting an event that requires more seats than what is covered in your subscription license, you can purchase additional one-time user seats

  1. Open the event screen for the event you want to add users to
  2. In the admin tool, navigate to the License area.
  3. You will see an option to ADD ONE-OFF USERS. Select the ADD ONE-OFF USERS option.
  4. A pop-up will appear, allowing you to select the number of additional seats you would like to include for this event. Enter the desired amount.
  5. Select START PURCHASE and you will be taken to the secure Stripe site to complete payment and secure the additional seats.
