What do I do if I get SSO errors when signing into the app

If your app login depends on Single Sign On and you are logged out of the app, you may receive the following error when attempting to login:

You have created an account using sso. Please use the sso login option when you're asked to login again.

In order to log back in, you will need a join code from a pre-existing event. These codes are tied to links or QR codes you received in the past. If you are unable to locate one, please reach out to the challenge administrator in your organization and they can resend you one.

As with all web-based applications, from time-to-time, the local files on which the application depend get corrupted. If you experience a login screen similar to the one below, you should try clearing the cache and deleting the cookies on your mobile device's web browser. If this does not resolve the problem, reach out to our support team.
