Connecting your Oura Ring

To connect your Oura Ring to our app:

  1. Select the Me or Dashboard icon in the app.
  2. Scroll down until you see Manage Connected Fitness Trackers and tap on that link.
  3. Select +Add a Device.
  4. Select Fitness Tracker.
  5. Select Oura.
  6. Select Connect.


  7. Enter your email to sign in.


  8. If Oura prompts you to perform additional steps to confirm your identity, please do so.
  9. Grant our app all requested access rights by selecting all the offered checkboxes and select Accept.


Your Oura is now connected.

What to Do if Your Oura Ring is Not Sending All Activities

  1. Disconnect your Oura device from our app by following this process (that you've already done):
    1. In our app, go to the Dashboard or Me tab (bottom of the screen).
    2. Scroll down until you see Manage Connected Fitness Trackers and select that button.
    3. Click the iPhone or Apple Watch (Apple Health, iOS Only) link.
    4. Click the three vertical dots ( ⋮ ) to the right of the Sync Now link.
    5. Select Disconnect from the drop-down menu.
    6. Select Confirm.
  2. Reconnect your Oura device to our app.
  3. When prompted to Connect with Oura, make sure all checkboxes are selected and take a screenshot.
  4. Select Accept.
  5. If your missing data is still not syncing to our app, please take screenshots of your missing Oura data from the Oura app and send those screenshots and the one from step 3 to support.

Enabling Distance Tracking With Oura

Oura Rings do not have built-in GPS and rely on your phone to compute distance when tracking activities. To enable distance tracking, you must carry your phone while performing a distance-related activity and ensure that GPS permissions are granted in the Oura app.
