Add a manual entry (as admin)

As an admin, if you want to add a manual entry for a participant and ensure that the entry you added is approved immediately, follow these steps:


Start:

Start these instructions by opening your event overview and then click on the event where the adjustment needs to be made.


Steps:

  1. Navigate to the users tab.
  2. Use the search bar to find the person for whom you want add allow a manual entry.
  3. Click on the add button next to the person's name.
  4. Fill in the Details:
    1. Type of Activity: Select the type of activity.
    2. Date: Enter the date on which the steps were taken.
    3. Step Count: Enter the number of steps taken.
    4. Duration: Enter the time during which the steps were taken.
    5. Enable the pre-approved switch: To ensure the activity is approved, check the option add as pre-approved (bonus) activity.
  5. Click on the save button.

Confirmation:

  • The activity will now appear in green among the rest of the activities, indicating it has been successfully added and approved.
