Complete payment before an event starts

An event best practice is to leave a sufficient window between inviting users to join an event and the actual start of the event. In order to support this buffer period, we advise that you complete payment for your event as soon as possible. When you pay for an event, the days leading up to the event are not included in the maximum event duration. This means that you can complete the payment of your event a month or more in advance and ensure you are ready to start onboarding your team in time.

The maximum event duration is measured between the start and end date of the event. Time before (to onboard your team) and afterward (to download reports) is not included in the maximum duration.
