Complete payment before an event starts
We advise to complete the payment for your event as soon as possible. When you pay for an event, the days leading up to the event are not included in the maximum event duration. This means that you can already complete the payment of your event a month or more in advance to ensure you are ready to start onboarding your team in time.
The maximum event duration is measured between the start and end date of the event. Time before (to onboard your team) and team afterward (to download reports) is not included in the maximum duration.
