Request Data Export

You may request a data export on all the data we have on you. This data will be returned as an archived file with all your data and profile information.


Steps to follow

  1. Open the Edit Profile screen
  2. Select the Request Data Export option
  3. Confirm

It will take some minutes for us to prepare the data file and once it's ready we will send it to you by email. Please note that we automatically remove your data file after 24 hours, so please make sure to download the file and store it on a secure location if you want to keep it,
