Delete Your Profile and data

At any time, you can choose to delete your profile and all your data on our platform. To do so, perform the following steps:

1. Navigate to the Dashboard or Me tab in the app.
2. Select the vertical ellipsis (⋮) in the upper right.
3. Select Edit profile.
4. Select EDIT PROFILE REMOVAL
5. Read the information presented and confirm that you understand it by checking the confirmation box. You will not be able to request removal without checking this box.
6. If you also want your data removed from events in which you participated, select that option.
7. Select REQUEST REMOVAL
8. Follow the instructions on the screen to complete the process.

Changing Your Mind - Keeping Your Profile and Data

After confirmation, there is a seven-day cool-down period during which you can cancel the removal request. To undo the request:

1. Navigate to the Dashboard or Me tab in the app.
2. Select the vertical ellipsis (⋮) in the upper right.
3. Select Edit profile.
4. You will see a notification at the top summarizing your previous request to remove your profile. Select the KEEP PROFILE button adjacent to the notification.
5. Select KEEP YOUR PROFILE.
