Email Customizations
There are a various emails which are send to participants of your events. Most of these emails can be customized to a certain extend from the back-end.
Emails can include HTML code to customize and add images to them.

| Invite | Event | New Registration | Join {event} on sodisp | Whenever a new registration record is imported, created, or synced the system will send an invite (unless the option is disabled. This email can be customized by entering a custom intro text. |
| Join Confirmation | Event | Joined an event | Important information regarding your {event} registration on sodisp | Whenever a participant has joined an event the system will send a confirmation email. This is important to allow the participant to re-connect from a different device or after logging out. This email can be fully customized. |
| Welcome | Profile | New profile created | Welcome to sodisp | This is send out whenever a new profile is created to welcome the user. This email cannot be customized as it's not in the scope of an event. |
| Result Completed | Leaderboard | The leaderboard goal is achieved. | You've completed the {leaderboard}} for {event}! | Email to congratulate the participant when the leaderboard goal is reached. This email can be customized from the Edit Leaderboard page. |
| Result Improved | Leaderboard | A (race) result is improved. | You've improved your {race} result for {event}! | Email to congratulate the participant when the leaderboard goal is improved (for races). This email uses the same content as the Result Completed email except for a different subject and header. |

| Result Comment | Event | Comment created | New comment on your result for {event} | This email is sent to the participant whenever someone leaves a comment on their result. This email can currently not be customized. |
| Certificate Created | Event | Certification is ready | Your certificate for the {leaderboard} of the {event}! | This email is sent when a personal finisher certificate is ready to download and share. This email can currently not be customized. |
| Virtual Bib Created | Event | Virtual bib is ready | Your virtual bib for the {event} | This email is sent when a virtual bib is ready to download and share. This email can currently not be customized. |
| Friend Invite | Leaderboard & Event | Friend Invited | You have been invited to join the {event} | When the friend referral feature is enabled the system allows participants to invite their friends to an event. This email can be customized on Leaderboard and on Event level. |
| Quick Entry | Profile | Quick Entry Created | Quick Entry Confirmation for {event} | This email is sent after creating a quick entry and contains a link to make changes or delete the quick entry. This email can currently not be customized. |
| Training Plan Workout | Training Plan Challenge | Upcoming workout in plan | Upcoming workout in your {event} training plan | This email is send the day before the scheduled date of a workout. The email contains detailed information and instructions for the upcoming workout. This email can currently not be customized. |
