Single Sign-On

Single Sign-On allows users of your event to sign in with their organizational account. This brings numerous advantages, both from a security as from an onboarding perspective.

  • Users don't need to create a new account and remember their account. Users are automatically logged in using their organization account, typically without even having to enter their username or password!
  • You only need to manage a single identity directory (for instance (Azure) Active Directory) and any new users or blocked accounts are synchronized with our platform instantly.
  • You can control exactly who gets access to join a challenge

We provide build-in connections with JumpCloud and Okta. We can also add SSO integrations to custom SAML providers (at an additional cost).

How to enable and configure SSO

You can enable SSO integration from the Integrations page in the back-end. SSO is only available for Enterprise Plan events.

When you have SSO enabled you can either offer it as an optional method to sign-in or make it required and allow only SSO accounts to join an event.

When you require SSO you can further filter on only users of specific pre-configured domains for enhanced control.
